We routinely engage in the identification and handling of arson, fraudulent and suspect claims. We have substantial experience representing insurance carriers and their insureds in defending these claims, which include staged vehicle collisions, fraudulent and exaggerated medical claims, arson, homeowners and automobile theft claims.

We interface with the insurance industry, state and local police and other appropriate agencies of law enforcement to protect the insurance industry, its insureds and the general public from exposure to fraudulent claims. We are frequently called upon to provide seminars to the industry on the handling of arson and fraudulent claims.
