Ms. Napoli’s practice includes general liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and appeals, with a concentration on defending bars and restaurants in liquor liability death and bodily injury cases under New York’s Dram Shop Act.

Ms. Napoli was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Insurance Coverage for 2015 and 2016.

In 2011, Ms. Napoli was seconded to a domestic insurer as Claims Counsel, where she managed and resolved a book of miscellaneous professional liability and allied health claims. During that time, Ms. Napoli settled pre-suit claims and oversaw the litigation of matters throughout the United States.

Experiencing the claims process from an insurer’s perspective has enhanced Ms. Napoli’s ability to serve her clients–she prioritizes early evaluation of claims, accurate assessment of exposure and strategic lawyering for effective resolution of her cases.
