Patrick is an experienced litigator who represents domestic and international insurers and their insureds in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Patrick specializes in the defense of personal injury claims involving premises liability, dram shop, catastrophic construction accidents, wrongful death, products liability and recreational and amusement accidents. He also defends insureds against construction defect, property damage and subrogation claims. Patrick’s focus is to provide his clients with a wide range of options to achieve the most efficient and optimal outcome from a cost-benefit standpoint, always placing their business needs first. Patrick handles litigation at all stages from pre-lawsuit through the trial phases.

Prior to entering private practice, Patrick clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division for the Hon. Ariel A. Rodriguez (P.J.A.D.), who subsequently was elevated to the New Jersey Supreme Court on a temporary basis. Patrick interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and studied a semester at the National University of Ireland Galway while at Seton Hall University School of Law. He studied at the University of Alicante and was a member of the Seton Hall Rugby Club while completing his undergraduate degree at Seton Hall University.

Patrick enjoys, running, golfing and spending time with his wife and four children. He coaches his two daughters’ travel and recreation soccer teams.
